Hi! I'm Steph Rae - a corporate facilitator, executive coach, speaker, & improviser who believes some of our best work happens when we're confident enough to think on our feet.

For nearly two decades, I've used improv, storytelling, experiential learning, and play to help people communicate effectively, collaborate boldly, lead through uncertainty, and turn unexpected moments into opportunities.

My work has taken me to both comedy stages and corporate training rooms around the world, and I've designed & facilitated experiences for YouTube, S.C. Johnson, Howard University, New York Comic Con, ADCOLOR and more.

As a performer, I've worked alongside artists from Freestyle Love Supreme, The Groundlings, Baby Wants Candy, Free Daps, and North Coast. I even earned a compliment from Beyoncé herself at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards. And in June 2026, I headlined Nigeria's first improv festival.

I'm a Howard University and Georgetown Law grad, former college professor, and the Founder & Creative Director of Black Improv Alliance, creator of EmceeX, and Director of the Ocean State Black & Funny Improv Festival.

Because life is too short to be just one thing.
